Company Description Majd Yanbu Industrial Company is a Saudi limited liability company formed as a strategic 50/50 joint venture between Elsewedy Cables Company and Alfanar Electrical Systems. The company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Yanbu Industrial City under the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu jurisdiction. Its core business is producing high-purity copper rods that support the needs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. Team members benefit from working in a modern industrial environment with clear standards and processes.Role Description Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, control, and issuance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation spare parts supporting rod mill, casting, pickling, and cathode-handling equipment. Ensure critical spare availability, accurate inventory records, proper storage, and timely maintenance support to minimize equipment downtime and maintain effective inventory control.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify spare parts against POs, specifications, and OEM requirements.Organize and maintain bin locations, labeling, storage conditions, and inventory accuracy.Issue spare parts against approved maintenance work orders and emergency breakdown requests.Maintain accurate ERP/CMMS records for receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and spare parts master data.Monitor min/max levels, critical & insurance spares, reorder requirements, and lead times.Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate variances, and maintain ≥99% inventory accuracy.Identify and report slow-moving, obsolete, excess, and critical spares.Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Procurement, Planning, and Finance.Ensure proper storage, HSE compliance, housekeeping, security, and 5S standards.Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related technical field.6–8 years of experience in spare parts stores, maintenance stores, or inventory control within manufacturing/heavy industry.Experience with SAP PM/MM, CMMS, ERP, and MS Excel.Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, BOMs, and parts catalogues.Good understanding of criticality, min/max stock, rotable spares, and inventory control.Experience with rod mill, casting, continuous process, or metals industry equipment is an advantage.Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.Forklift/racking certification is an advantage.Willingness to work shifts/on-call when required.High school diploma or vocational certificate in a related field is preferred; forklift license or certification is an advantage.
