Special Deposits Relationship Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new core deposits and treasury management revenue through prospecting, referrals, and networking.Develop relationships with CPAs, attorneys, property managers, escrow/title professionals, HOA managers, and other referral sources.Build and manage a strong pipeline of deposit-intensive clients.Cross-sell treasury management solutions, including ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, RDC, Merchant Services, and Commercial Cards.Serve as the primary relationship manager, delivering high-touch client service and ensuring successful onboarding.Monitor client profitability, identify growth opportunities, and resolve issues promptly.Represent the bank at industry events and professional associations.Qualifications5+ years of commercial banking, deposit generation, treasury management sales, or relationship management experience.Proven track record of generating deposits and treasury management revenue.Strong knowledge of treasury products and commercial banking services.Existing referral network preferred.Preferred Industry ExperienceHOA BankingProperty ManagementEscrow & TitleTrust & Fiduciary ServicesProfessional Services (Legal, Accounting, Medical)Import/Export & Trade FinanceEducationBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
