Company Description Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary center for child development and mental health, offering both in person and virtual services, including therapies and home based parent training modules. As a pioneering “phygital” center, Mind Meadow focuses on innovative, data-driven approaches to support children and adolescents with developmental, learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges. The team places the unique needs of each child at the center of its work, emphasizing early intervention, holistic management, and family involvement. Services address conditions such as autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, conduct and oppositional disorders, developmental delays, and other motor and developmental concerns. Psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, special educators, and speech therapists collaborate to create individualized intervention plans and a supportive environment for children and their caregivers.Role Description The Special Education Teacher at Mind Meadow will provide individualized and group instruction to children with diverse learning and developmental needs in an inclusive, supportive setting. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), adapting curriculum materials, and using evidence-based teaching strategies tailored to each learner. The teacher will assess student abilities, set measurable goals, track progress, and maintain detailed records to ensure data-driven interventions. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and families to coordinate care and reinforce strategies across settings. The role also involves conducting parent training sessions, participating in case conferences, contributing to multidisciplinary treatment planning, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth.Qualifications RCI Certified Special Educator with B.Ed. in Special Education or D.Ed In Special Education with a strong background in therapies for children with autism , learning disorders and other neurodevelopmental delays and disorders. Knowledge of special education and disabilities, including experience working with learners with developmental, learning, and behavioral differences.Strong teaching skills, with the ability to design and deliver individualized and group instruction for middle school or comparable age groups.Effective communication skills, including clear documentation, collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams, and supportive engagement with families and caregivers.Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.Training or experience in creating and implementing IEPs, behavior support plans, and evidence-based instructional strategies.Ability to maintain a child-centered, inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic development.Familiarity with early intervention practices, child development principles, and inclusive education policies is beneficial.Prior experience in a multidisciplinary or clinical setting and comfort working with children and adolescents with diverse needs is an advantage.
