Special Education from an RCI-recognized institutionORD.Ed./D.El.Ed. Special Education or other relevant RCI-recognized qualificationValid RCI/CRR registration is mandatory for the position.Good knowledge of Inclusive Education, IEP preparation, classroom accommodations, and learning-support strategiesPrior experience in a school setting will be an advantage.Strong foundation in Special Education and inclusive practices, with experience supporting learners with diverse disabilities.Commitment to an inclusive, learner-centered environment and sensitivity to diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.Comfort working in a day boarding school setting, with flexibility to participate in co-curricular and school community activities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group learning support
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
• Work collaboratively with class teachers, parents, counsellors, therapists, and school leadership
• Support an inclusive and positive learning environment
