Our mission is to support the well-being and development of every child and family we serve.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Manchester, CT for a Special Education Teacher. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities, teaching middle school students, and providing a supportive learning environment. Daily tasks include lesson planning, adapting curricula to meet students' needs, collaborating with other educators and support staff, and maintaining open communication with families to track and support student progress.
