Apply & track with Apply EdgeReports to: Senior Manager, Academic Assessment and AccreditationPurpose:The job holder is responsible for supporting the Head of Academic Assessment and Accreditation (AAA) for Onsi Sawiris School of Business in the development of academic improvement activities including academic rankings, academic impact reporting, and school-wide data reporting which supports the school's effort in maintaining its triple crown status and its accreditation with other stakeholders such as AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, Middle States, SCU, NAQAAE, and others. The job holder will be responsible for the implementation of ACADEM software.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the academic rankings process for all academic programs at Onsi Sawiris School of BusinessStay updated with current rankings’ events for taking our rankings forwardAssemble and organize data from different stakeholders needed for the data reportResponsible for the design and implementation of an academic impact reporting and documentation systemFormulate and edit academic impact reportsCollaborate with faculty and staff for the data compilation needed for the accreditation reports and relevant annexesCollaborate with students on preparing the student report needed by EQUISResponsible for data collection and entry on EQUIS platform for datasheet submissionsResponsible for assembling SCU reports and following through on re-equivalency processResponsible for handling student requests for SCU lettersManage the logistics related to visits, orientations, and meetings for the AAA OfficeAssist with accreditation and assessment activities when neededFollow-up assignments, responsibilities and deadlines set by the Head of Academic Assessment and Accreditation, collaborating and sharing workload when necessaryResponsible for gathering departmental course portfolios on an ongoing basisCompile a checklist of all items included in each course portfolio per department and share it with the respective department chair and assistant for completionManage data population and update the new system for faculty and school data to generate accreditation reportsManage all financial invoices and payments on SAPMonitor and keep track of the leaves of AAAPrepare the office’s annual timeline of tasks
Requirements
Minimum Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldExperience:At least five years of previous experience including two to three years in related fieldsSkills:Excellent command of English and Arabic, written and spokenAbility to multi-task and work with minimal supervisionStrong communication and administration skillsAbility to work in teams.Strong Computer skills, i.e. Excel and WordThis position is open until October 15, 2026Placement is based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
