Specialist - Architect

We are seeking a senior Lead Low-Code Architect specializing in OutSystems and Mendix to design, scale, and govern enterprise-grade digital solutions within a UAE Free Zone environment. In this role, you will define overall application architectures, establish robust data models, secure application ecosystems, drive seamless system integrations, and ensure compliance with regional Free Zone regulatory and data frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution Design: Define scalable, high-performance architecture across OutSystems and Mendix environments, ensuring adherence to the 4-Layer Architecture (4LA) and modular design principles.Database & Data Modeling: Design complex relational data structures, optimize query execution, and implement efficient caching, indexing, and data synchronization patterns.Integrations & API Management: Architect secure, high-throughput integration layers connecting core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, legacy platforms) using REST, SOAP, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and custom external C#/.NET/Java extensions.Enterprise Security & Identity: Implement robust application security models, including Single Sign-On (SSO via SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance governance.Performance Optimization & Governance: Conduct architectural code reviews, enforce platform best practices, perform performance troubleshooting (SQL tuning, payload optimization), and maintain technical debt backlogs.DevOps & Platform Management: Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, lifetime/deployment management, and environment lifecycle governance across cloud and on-premise deployments.Technical Leadership: Mentor development teams, guide sprint planning, and act as the primary technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.Free Zone Work Experience: Hands-on experience working within or delivering software solutions for UAE Free Zone legal entities and tech hubs, with an understanding of Free Zone regulatory standards and operational workflows
