Job Description

This position is responsible for identifying, implementing, and sustaining AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation capabilities that improve business operations across the enterprise. This role sits within an Operations function and focuses on applying artificial intelligence, data, and process automation to drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, reduce manual work, and enhance business performance.The selected candidate will work closely with Operations, IT, software application development, data engineering, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical, scalable, and secure solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science with 4 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 8 years prior experience or Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar operational data/application platforms Familiarity with intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, or robotic process automation tools Experience supporting AI-enabled business processes or operational decision-support tools Knowledge of process mapping, value stream analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, prompt design, vector search, or retrieval-augmented knowledge solutions Experience developing dashboards or operational reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Exposure to change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities for digital transformation initiatives Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, shared services, program operations, or enterprise operations environmentsPreferred Additional Skills:Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar operational data/application platformsFamiliarity with intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, or robotic process automation toolsExperience supporting AI-enabled business processes or operational decision-support toolsKnowledge of process mapping, value stream analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with agentic AI concepts, prompt design, vector search, or retrieval-augmented knowledge solutionsExperience developing dashboards or operational reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsExposure to change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities for digital transformation initiativesExperience working in manufacturing, supply chain, shared services, program operations, or enterprise operations environmentsIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $79,500 - $147,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
