The Business Partner shall be responsible for the Human Capital Operations, end to end process, providing guidance to the campus management from hiring to off-boarding processes as well as support for the Campus management and employees to address challenges, support change initiatives, promote compliance and effective people management in compliance with the HC Policies and procedures throughout the employee lifecycle. The role ensures timely, compliant, and seamless coordination across ES&HC functions to deliver a positive and efficient employee experience.Main Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for campus management and employees for all employee-related cases and inquiriesCoordinate with HC Planning and organization Design team in terms of position management related to the allocated Campus/LocationCoordinate employee hiring activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, including pre-boarding, on-boarding, and induction processes Manage pre-boarding and on-boarding activities, including ticket booking for new hires, hotel accommodation, collection of employee documents and forms, coordination with Compensation & Benefits, and submission of documents for system uploadInitiate and coordinate all employee movements and transactions with the campus and CS management (as per DoA), submit approved forms and documents, and coordinate with Employee Experience to conclude transactionsEnsure both academic and administrative cadre employees in the allocated campus strictly adhere to the HC Policy and Procedures in particular, Time and Attendance, Duplication of Benefits, Equivalency and other mandatory requirementsMonitor the Time and Attendance report on a monthly basis, coordinate with the Line Managers to review and update any T&A Violation and submit a monthly report to HC Director and Comp. & Benefits before end of the first week of the following month(prior to the initiation of Payroll for the month) for necessary actionReview and endorse employee claims, including overtime, education claims, Emirates ID (EID) claims, and employee leave requests, ensuring timely processing and coordination with relevant ES teams where requiredManage off-boarding and final clearance processes, including visa cancellation or extension, medical insurance, handover documentation, repatriation tickets, and final settlement, ensuring employee exits are completed within defined SLAsMaintain accurate documentation and case records in HR systems and filing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HCT standardsUpdate and maintain a tracker for all transaction including the status of each transaction with the SLAActively participate in HC related projects as assigned by the Line Manager, HC ManagementAny other assignments / projects assigned by the Line manager and/or HC and HCT Management.Experience1–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Case Management, or Employee Services roleHands-on experience managing employee lifecycle cases from hiring to exit. Experience working within governance frameworks and Delegation of Authority (DoA).Experience in education or government entities is preferred
