Job Title: Specialist – Business SupportJob Location: Abu DhabiJob Purpose:Supports the CEO Office in driving key organizational priorities, ensuring cross-functional accountability, and providing timely, fact-based insights to support effective decision-making.The role acts as a strategic execution partner, working closely with Commercial, Operations and Business Support teams to track priorities, follow up on actions, identify risks, and ensure disciplined delivery against CEO Office commitments.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and follow up on CEO Office priorities across Commercial, Operations and Business Support functions.Monitor progress against key initiatives, timelines and deliverables, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.Proactively identify risks, delays and gaps, and escalate matters where required.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders.Prepare concise, decision-ready updates, summaries and reports for the CEO Office and senior leadership.Review business cases, management reports, budgets and performance data with a commercially informed perspective.Track commitments, decisions and action points arising from CEO and senior management meetings.Ensure timely follow-through on agreed actions and support disciplined execution across the business.Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.Support the CEO Office with wider strategic, operational and executive coordination activities as required.
Requirements
