Specialist Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, counselling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients across a range of mental health and emotional concerns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and mental health evaluations.Assess and diagnose psychological, emotional, and behavioural conditions within the scope of professional licensure.Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ clinical needs.Provide evidence-based psychological therapies and counselling to individuals, couples, and families where appropriate.Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans when required.Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical documentation and patient records.Identify and appropriately manage patients presenting with emotional distress, behavioural difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological concerns.Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Provide psychological support and appropriate referrals when specialized or additional intervention is required.Participate in case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical reviews.Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and awareness of current psychological practices and guidelines.Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and facility policies.

Requirements
