The successful candidate will provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care, manage complex cases, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditionsProvide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ENT carePerform ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practiceEvaluate and manage hearing, sinus, voice, and balance disordersManage emergency ENT conditions and provide appropriate treatmentCollaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialistsProvide follow-up care, patient education, and counsellingMaintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocolsContribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practiceRequirementsQualificationsMedical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENTValid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain oneRelevant post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist or Consultant levelStrong knowledge of modern ENT treatment protocols and surgical techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageProfessional and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for career development and continuing medical educationSupportive multidisciplinary clinical team
