Physicians will have the opportunity to perform deliveries through affiliated healthcare facilities within the community.Position OverviewThe successful candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert obstetric and gynecological consultations and treatments.Diagnose and manage a broad range of women's health conditions.Perform and support gynecological procedures within the scope of practice.Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated patient care.Utilize evidence-based medicine and modern treatment approaches.Educate and counsel patients regarding treatment plans and healthcare options.Participate in clinical governance, quality initiatives, and continuous professional development activities.Qualifications & RequirementsMedical Degree from a recognized institution.Board Certification or equivalent Western qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.Valid Department of Health (DoH) License or Eligibility as a Specialist/Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecologist.Proven experience practicing in a JCIA-accredited hospital in Abu Dhabi.Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.Prior experience in a busy clinical setting, managing an average outpatient volume of more than 25 patients per day.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration package.Access to a diverse patient population.Collaborative and supportive clinical environment.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Modern facilities equipped with advanced healthcare technology.
