Strong experience managing events, transportation, fleet and drivers, catering, hospitality, pantry services, travel coordination, courier services, office allocation, logistics, assets, storage, and employee-support services.Experience managing multiple service providers, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and service-quality standards.Capable of planning and coordinating major events, including catering, transportation, venue setup, access, technical support, and logistics.Experience preparing scopes of work, budgets, purchase requests, invoice verification, and procurement documentation.Able to develop policies, SOPs, service catalogues, operational plans, trackers, and management reports.Strong stakeholder, vendor, and problem-solving capabilities.Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to independently lead multiple services and operational workstreams.PMP, CFM, FMP, or a related professional certification is an advantage.
