We are seeking an experienced Specialist Critical Care Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to critically ill patients, manage complex medical conditions, and support optimal outcomes in the intensive care unit (ICU).Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICUDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with life-threatening conditionsManage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunctionMonitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced hemodynamic supportPerform emergency stabilization and resuscitation when requiredCoordinate with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialistsMonitor patient progress and manage complications associated with critical illnessMaintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeRelevant postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, or an equivalent specialtyMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in ICU management, ventilator support, and emergency critical careStrong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
