Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionCreate weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecastParticipate in S&OP forecast meetingsCalculate a proper supply plan based on generated demand forecastPrepare and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actualsMaintain healthy inventory in DC and store based on target days coverClosely work with demand planning specialist to drive adjustments on planMonitor supplier issues and escalate as necessary to ensure availabilityIdentify slow-moving SKUs and flag to stakeholders to drive actionIdentify SKUs with inventory with no-movement for the past 28 daysWork with inventory controller on identifying stocks for balancing across warehousesOwn the category group by being on-top of issues related to overall S&OP especially in ordering and availabilityBe able to work cross-functionally to assist in projects, drive action, or resolve issuesOther tasks that may be relevant to the functionQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or any relatable specializationBetween 2-3 years work-related experience in demand or supply planningExperience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plusExperience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce is a plusAnalytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings.
