The clinic focuses on delivering personalized treatments, high standards of clinical care, and a premium patient experience.About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Specialist Dermatologist - Aesthetic / Hair Transplant & Medical Director to join our client's clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical dermatology expertise with hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and hair transplantation, while providing clinical leadership as the clinic's Medical Director.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct dermatology and aesthetic consultations, assessments, and personalized treatment planningPerform and oversee hair transplant procedures, including patient assessment, treatment planning, procedures, and post-treatment follow-upPerform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures within approved DHA privilegesDiagnose and manage dermatological conditions while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical careServe as Medical Director, overseeing clinical standards, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and quality of careManage treatment outcomes, complications, informed consent, clinical documentation, and patient follow-upsCollaborate with the clinic team to deliver a premium patient experience and support the continued growth of the practiceRequirementsEuropean, Western, or Brazilian candidates preferredQualified Specialist Dermatologist with a valid DHA licenseProven hands-on hair transplant experience is requiredStrong experience in aesthetic medicine and injectable/non-surgical aesthetic treatmentsPrevious Dubai/UAE aesthetic clinic experience is requiredAbility to undertake the responsibilities of Medical Director in accordance with applicable regulatory requirementsExcellent communication, consultation, leadership, and patient-management skillsProfessional presentation and ability to work with a premium and diverse clienteleBenefitsSalary plus benefits
