Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Specialist - Employee Experience role is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end employee-related operational and transactional activities for assigned campuses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience through effective coordination with Case Management and Compensation & Benefits teams.Main ResponsibilitiesManage all employee-related transactions and movements for assigned campuses in coordination with HC Operations Business Partners for the respective allocated campuses as well as other units of HC Department based on the transactions being processed.Ensure on-time On-boarding support for employee and eligible dependents pertaining to visa, medical insurance, EID etc. and Off-Boarding support within the stipulated time-frame.Ensure due diligence is completed in terms of compliance with the relevant HC policies and procedures and Delegation of Authority (DoA) as well as the checklist for each transaction prior to submission for approval.Prepare, submit for approval, and communicate official employee letters and actions including but not limited to contract renewal, academic management assignments, internal assignments, delegations, secondments, transfers, location changes, temporary relocations, promotions, grade adjustments, probation management, terminations, violation-related actions, employment letters, and ad hoc or exceptional cases such as waiver of notice period or extensions of visa and medical insurance.Ensure Itimad is obtained for all the transactions as required. A detailed tracker to be maintained for all Itimad submissionMaintain and manage employee records in the HCT filing system (D2), ensuring completeness, accuracy, confidentiality, and proper document control.Act as the designated custodian for filing employee-related documents submitted by other ES&HC Operations team members for the assigned campus.The team shall ensure that segregation of duties are strictly adhered to based on the assignments as well as internally a maker/checker process shall be implemented to ensure data quality and overall performance of the unit.Conduct regular audits of employee records and transactions to ensure compliance with documentation standards, policies, and governance requirements.Prepare and maintain operational reports and audit documentation as required.Update and maintain a tracker for all transaction including the status of each transaction with the SLAsActively participate in HC related projects as assigned by the Line Manager, HC Management.Any other assignments / projects assigned by the Line manager and/or HC and HCT Management.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources ,Business Administration, Management or a related field.Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) is an added advantage2 - 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, or a similar role.Hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle transactions and HR documentation.Experience working within defined governance frameworks and approval matrices (DoA).Experience in education, government, or large matrixed organizations is preferred
