The role requires strong clinical expertise, sound diagnostic skills, and experience in managing both routine and complex endocrinological cases.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and endocrine evaluations.Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results.Manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, metabolic disorders, and other endocrine conditions.Monitor treatment response and adjust medications and management plans as required.Provide long-term follow-up and preventive care for patients with chronic endocrine conditions.Interpret relevant laboratory investigations, hormonal tests, and diagnostic studies.Manage complex endocrine cases and provide appropriate specialist interventions.Collaborate with other specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and clinical documentation.RequirementsMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Endocrinology or equivalent speciality.Proven experience as a Specialist Endocrinologist.Strong clinical experience in diagnosing and managing endocrine and metabolic disorders.Experience managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, and other common endocrine conditions.Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills.Indian nationality preferred.DHA, DOH, MOH, SHA License/ DHA Eligibility / MOH Evaluation / SHA Eligibility.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.What We OfferAttractive tax-free salary package.Annual airfare allowance.Medical insurance.Professional development opportunities.Modern multidisciplinary clinical environment.Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare group in Sharjah.
