Specialist Endodontist

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced Specialist Endodontist to provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and periapical tissues. Endodontics is a recognized dental specialty under the UAE Unified PQR.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and endodontic assessments. Diagnose and manage diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues. Perform primary and complex root canal treatments. Manage retreatment of previously treated root canals. Perform emergency endodontic procedures for acute dental pain and infection. Treat traumatic dental injuries and associated pulpal conditions. Perform apicoectomy and other surgical endodontic procedures where appropriately trained. Use dental operating microscopes and advanced endodontic techniques where available. Interpret periapical radiographs and CBCT imaging for treatment planning. Manage endodontic complications, including perforations, separated instruments, and complex canal anatomy. Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment care and follow-up. Collaborate with prosthodontists, periodontists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and general dentists. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development. RequirementsQualifications & Requirements BDS / DDS / DMD or equivalent recognized dental degree. MDS / MSD / Specialty Certificate or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Endodontics. Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred. Strong experience in conventional and complex endodontic treatment. Excellent clinical judgment, treatment-planning, and patient-management skills.
