Position OverviewThe Specialist ENT will provide specialised diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions within a multidisciplinary hospital environment, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient safety.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a broad range of ENT conditionsConduct comprehensive patient consultations, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up carePerform relevant diagnostic and therapeutic ENT proceduresManage routine and complex ENT cases within the scope of specialist practiceCollaborate with other medical specialists and multidisciplinary teams when requiredMaintain accurate medical records and clinical documentationFollow evidence-based clinical guidelines and hospital policiesParticipate in quality improvement, clinical governance, and continuing medical educationProvide patient-centred care and ensure effective communication with patients and familiesQualifications & ExperienceMaster’s / Doctorate in Otolaryngology (ENT) or equivalent recognised qualificationRelevant experience in ENT diagnosis, treatment, and proceduresDHA/DOH/MOH/SHA License / DOH Eligibility BenefitsSalary: AED 65,000 – 75,000Other attractive benefits
