We're Hiring | Specialist ENT📍 Location: Sharjah💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced Specialist ENT to join a leading healthcare facility in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the diagnosis and management of adult and/or pediatric ENT conditions and a patient-centered approach to clinical care.Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditionsEvaluate and manage common ear, nose, throat, and upper airway disordersDiagnose and treat hearing loss, otitis media, tinnitus, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and nasal obstructionManage tonsillitis, adenoid disorders, voice disorders, and swallowing difficultiesPerform appropriate ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions within the scope of practiceConduct nasal endoscopy, otoscopy, and other relevant ENT examinations where appropriately trainedManage chronic and acute ENT conditions through medical and surgical treatmentAssess and manage patients with vertigo and balance-related disordersProvide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care for ENT surgical patientsRefer complex cases for advanced surgical or multidisciplinary management when requiredCollaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, pediatricians, and other specialistsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with patient-safety and clinical governance standardsProvide patient education regarding treatment options, medication, follow-up, and preventive careParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching, and CME activitiesRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in ENT / OtolaryngologyBoard certification or equivalent recognized specialist qualificationMinimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in ENTStrong clinical experience in general ENT diagnosis and managementExperience in ENT procedures and minor surgical interventionsEligible for MOHAP Specialist classification/license in SharjahExcellent clinical, communication, and patient-management skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and attractive benefits packageMedical insuranceAnnual paid leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and facility policyProfessional development and CME opportunitiesModern multidisciplinary healthcare environmentLicensing assistance available for eligible candidates
