A leading healthcare group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Specialist ENT to join its growing medical team.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ENT specialist with strong clinical and surgical expertise, hands-on experience in ENT procedures, and a comprehensive procedural logbook to advance their career within a modern healthcare environment and a well-established multidisciplinary healthcare group.Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive ENT care, including the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck conditions. The role requires strong clinical expertise, hands-on surgical skills, and demonstrated experience in managing complex ENT cases.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of ENT conditions.Perform appropriate ENT surgical and operative procedures.Conduct comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.Perform diagnostic and therapeutic ENT procedures as required.Manage patients with complex ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions.Perform relevant head and neck surgical procedures based on clinical expertise and scope of practice.Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and follow-up.Manage emergency ENT cases and provide appropriate surgical or medical intervention.Work closely with other specialists, surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate patient records, surgical documentation, and procedural reports.Maintain a strong and up-to-date procedural logbook demonstrating relevant surgical experience.RequirementsMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a recognized postgraduate qualification in ENT / Otorhinolaryngology or equivalent specialty.Proven experience as a Specialist ENT with strong hands-on clinical and surgical expertise.Strong experience in ENT surgical procedures with a comprehensive and updated procedural logbook.Head & Neck surgical experience is highly preferred.Good diagnostic, clinical, and surgical decision-making skills.Strong logbook with a substantial number of documented procedures.Arabic or German language skills preferred.Male/Female candidates are welcome to apply.DHA, DOH, MOH, SHA License / Eligibility / Eligible to Apply.What We OfferAttractive tax-free salary package.Annual airfare allowance.Medical insurance.Professional development opportunities.Modern multidisciplinary clinical environment.Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare group in Dubai.
