We are seeking a skilled Specialist Family Medicine Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across different age groups, with a strong focus on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all age groups. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Conduct routine health assessments and preventive care. Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, and common infections. Provide health screening, lifestyle counselling, and patient education. Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans. Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialist departments. Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and optimize their ongoing management. Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives. RequirementsQualifications & Requirements MBBS or equivalent medical degree. MD/DNB/MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine. Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred. Strong clinical experience in primary and family healthcare. Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
