The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all ages, with a strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary healthcare to individuals and families across all age groupsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsManage diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, cardiovascular conditions, and common infectionsConduct routine health assessments, screenings, and preventive healthcare consultationsDevelop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up careProvide lifestyle counselling and patient education on nutrition, exercise, and disease preventionMonitor patients with chronic illnesses and optimize ongoing treatmentIdentify conditions requiring specialist referral and coordinate appropriate careMaintain accurate medical records and clinical documentationBuild long-term relationships with patients and their familiesRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB/MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Family MedicineMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredStrong clinical experience in primary care and family medicineExcellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
