Specialist General Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Specialist General Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the diagnosis and surgical management of a broad range of general surgical conditions.Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients requiring surgical intervention. Perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures. Manage conditions involving the gastrointestinal tract, abdomen, hernias, gallbladder, and soft tissues. Perform laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures where appropriate. Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans. Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery. Manage surgical emergencies and complications. Perform minor surgical procedures and wound management. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, gastroenterologists, radiologists, and other specialists. Counsel patients regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and recovery. Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation. RequirementsQualifications & Requirements MBBS or equivalent medical degree. MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in General Surgery. Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred. Strong experience in general and laparoscopic surgery. Excellent surgical skills and clinical decision-making abilities.
