Role Description The Specialist in Dental Implantology and Oral Surgery at privea dent Clinic will perform comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and carry out surgical procedures including dental implant placement, bone grafting, extractions, and other oral surgery interventions. The role involves managing patient consultations, explaining treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and providing pre- and post-operative care. The specialist will collaborate with general dentists and other dental professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and follow evidence-based protocols and infection control standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring patient recovery, addressing complications, participating in case discussions, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical workflows and patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.Qualifications Advanced clinical expertise in dental implantology and oral surgery, including diagnosis, surgical planning, implant placement, and management of complex cases.Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and case presentation, with the ability to explain procedures and risks in clear, accessible language.Proficiency in using dental imaging technologies (e.g., CBCT, digital radiography) and surgical tools, with a focus on precision and safety.Thorough knowledge of aseptic techniques, infection control, and clinical quality standards within dental and surgical settings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.High level of attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and ability to stay calm and decisive in urgent or complex situations.Relevant dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) and recognized specialization or advanced training in oral surgery and/or implantology.Valid license or eligibility to practice dentistry in Saudi Arabia, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with new techniques, materials, and evidence-based practices.Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
