As a global leader in protection solutions, we design and develop a wide range of products including gloves, clothing, and other protective gear to keep workers safe and productive across industrial, medical, and consumer applications.This role will directly report to HR Manager, Talent Management to support the designing, coordination, and execution of trainings and talent development initiatives that build workforce capability, support leadership pipelines, and align with the strategic objectives of the Organization.What benefits and opportunities does Ansell offer?Competitive compensation plan, including a performance based annual incentive.A culture of belonging and inclusion, collaboration thrives, and everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered across our global community.Ansell University, LinkedIn Learning and Mentorship programs to develop professional and interpersonal skills.Opportunities to advance and grow within the company through LinkedIn Learning and Mentorships.What Your Role Will Be?Collaborate with all the HODs/departments to identify training needs across all levels through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).Coordinate end-to-end delivery of technical, behavioral, compliance, and safety training programs.Liaise with internal & external facilitators, and institutions to deliver high-quality learning experiences.Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback forms, and training documentation as per compliance and audit requirements.Evaluate training effectiveness using post-training assessments, feedback analysis, and on-the-job performance indicators and make sure to complete the entire Training cycle.Uplift standards and outcome of the training process through innovation with technology.Maintain and regularly update all policies, procedures, and SOPs related to Talent Management and Development.Facilitate the implementation of APS initiatives within HR to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for professional cadre employees at the plant.Performance ManagementDesign, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s performance management framework aligned with strategic objectives.Drive annual and mid-year performance review processes, including goal setting, calibration, feedback facilitation, and system readiness.Provide guidance, training, and coaching to managers and employees on effective performance management practices.Generate performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for talent development, succession planning, and reward integration.Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to address performance-related issues.Prepare and present performance insights and recommendations to HR leadership.Maintain high accuracy of data and information with regards to the process.Talent ManagementSupport talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.Coordinate talent assessments, career development planning, and emerging talent programs.Maintain talent profiles, succession plans, and development tracking systems.Analyse talent data and generate reports and insights for HRBPs and business leaders.Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs), mentoring, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.Facilitate onboarding programs and promote a culture of growth and internal mobility.Support employee engagement surveys and development action plans.Audit, Compliance & ReportingEnsure training and development activities meet social compliance, buyer, and certification requirements (e.g., ISO, WRAP, F11).Prepare reports and maintain documentation for internal reviews and external audits.Maintain up-to-date training and talent data in HRIS or Learning Management Systems (LMS).Provide monthly dashboards and analytics on training hours, coverage, and talent pipeline progress.Maintain all Training, PMS, and Talent-related data and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and Global teams.Compliance & CommunicationMaintain compliance with all internal and external EHS rules, regulations, and Risk Management requirements.Follow the safety calendar and 5-point safety charter to promote EHS culture.Ensure compliance with ATL-QMS and support continuous development of relevant processes.Ensure all communications align with local and global requirements.Provide feedback through effective communication methods and keep higher management updated on progress and targets.What Will You Bring to Ansell?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. (A postgraduate qualification in HR or L&D is an added advantage.)2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Talent Management, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry.Familiarity with adult learning principles, digital learning tools, and performance management processes.Previous experience in Talent Management would be an added advantage.Desirable Personal Attributes and CompetenciesPositive Attitude & Enthusiasm.Change Orientation.Self-Driven & Result Oriented.Strong Collaboration.Adaptability & Flexibility.Strong Communication Skills.
