Job Description - Specialist NephrologistLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesWe are seeking an experienced Specialist Nephrologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnosis and management of kidney and renal conditions while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseasesManage patients with chronic kidney disease, glomerular disorders, electrolyte abnormalities, hypertension, and other renal conditionsAssess and manage patients requiring dialysis and renal replacement therapyDevelop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up careReview and interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, and renal function testsCoordinate pre- and post-transplant evaluation where applicableCollaborate with urologists, intensivists, cardiologists, and other specialistsMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiativesProvide education and counseling to patients and familiesComply with DOH regulations, hospital policies, and professional standardsRequirementsMBBS/MD or equivalent medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in NephrologyRelevant experience as a Specialist NephrologistDOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibilityValid professional registration and Good Standing CertificateExcellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary packageAccommodation or housing allowanceMedical insuranceAnnual leaveAnnual air ticketVisa and work permit sponsorshipProfessional licensing supportEnd-of-service benefitsContinuing professional development opportunitiesSupportive multidisciplinary work environment
