The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and correcting dental and jaw alignment problems, providing personalized orthodontic treatment to improve patients' oral health and smiles.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose malocclusion, misaligned teeth, and jaw irregularitiesDevelop individualized orthodontic treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adultsProvide orthodontic treatments using fixed braces, clear aligners, and other appropriate appliancesMonitor treatment progress and adjust orthodontic appliances as requiredEvaluate dental and facial development and recommend suitable interventionsEducate patients on oral hygiene and care during orthodontic treatmentCollaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists for comprehensive patient careMaintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of clinical careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsBDS or equivalent dental degreeMDS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in OrthodonticsMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience with fixed orthodontic appliances and clear aligner treatmentsStrong diagnostic, treatment-planning, and patient communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
