The company also specializes in processing Dubai health authority licenses and setting up new healthcare facilities in line with DHA, MOH, HAAD, and DHCC regulations.Role Description The Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon will provide evidence-based orthopedic care, with a focus on spine and general musculoskeletal conditions, to patients in an on-site clinical setting located in Ajman. This part-time role includes conducting patient consultations, performing diagnostic assessments, recommending and carrying out surgical and non-surgical treatments, and coordinating pre- and post-operative care. The surgeon will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to treatment planning, and ensure adherence to local regulatory standards and clinical protocols. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining accurate medical records, participating in case discussions, and supporting quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to manage complex musculoskeletal and related health conditions.Advanced clinical expertise in Orthopedics, including diagnosis and management of bone, joint, and soft tissue disorders.Specialized skills in Orthopedic Surgery and Surgery, with proficiency in operative techniques and perioperative care.Focused experience in Spine-related assessment and interventions, including conservative and surgical treatment options.Recognized medical degree and completed residency or fellowship in Orthopedics, with board certification or equivalent preferred.Valid professional license or eligibility to obtain relevant UAE orthopedic registration (DHA/MOH/HAAD/DHCC, as applicable).Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural clinical environment.
