We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing medical team.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and disorders affecting bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves.Perform orthopedic surgical procedures in accordance with evidence-based clinical practices and patient safety standards.Develop comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation plans to optimize patient recovery and long-term outcomes.Provide consultations for both outpatient and inpatient cases, including pre-operative and post-operative care.Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Maintain accurate and timely medical records, reports, and clinical documentation.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.RequirementsMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Completion of a recognized Residency Program in Orthopedic Surgery.Specialist Qualification in Orthopedic Surgery recognized by the UAE health authorities.Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility Letter is mandatory.Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialization experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon.Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.Excellent surgical, clinical, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
