A leading hospital in Dubai is seeking an experienced PICU Specialist to join its pediatric critical care team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing critically ill infants and children in a hospital setting.Role OverviewThe PICU Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized intensive care to critically ill children, managing complex pediatric conditions, and ensuring high-quality patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage critically ill infants and children in the PICU.Monitor patients with life-threatening illnesses and complex medical conditions.Manage pediatric emergencies, respiratory distress, shock, and other critical conditions.Provide advanced pediatric life support and emergency interventions when required.Interpret relevant laboratory results, imaging, and clinical investigations.Coordinate with pediatricians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding patients’ conditions and treatment plans.Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.RequirementsMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Paediatrics, with specialized training in Paediatric Critical Care preferred.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting.Experience managing critically ill pediatric patients in a PICU.Strong clinical decision-making and emergency management skills.India candidates preferred.Male and female candidates can apply.DHA, DOH, MOH, SHA License/ DHA, MOH, or SHA Eligibility.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary packageAnnual airfare allowance.Medical insurance.Professional development opportunities.Modern multidisciplinary hospital environment.Opportunity to work with a leading hospital in Dubai.
