The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical procedures, with a commitment to patient safety and high-quality clinical outcomes.Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive consultation, assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management of patients requiring plastic and reconstructive proceduresPerform appropriate aesthetic, reconstructive, and corrective surgical procedures within the scope of clinical expertiseAssess patients and develop individualized surgical plans based on clinical needs and desired outcomesPerform reconstructive procedures following trauma, burns, tumors, congenital conditions, and previous surgeryManage soft-tissue injuries, complex wounds, scars, and tissue defectsPerform appropriate facial and body aesthetic procedures where trained and within scope of practiceProvide pre-operative assessment, informed consent, surgical planning, and post-operative careMonitor patients for surgical complications and provide appropriate management and follow-upPerform minor plastic surgery procedures and outpatient interventions where appropriateCollaborate with dermatologists, oncologists, general surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, ENT specialists, maxillofacial surgeons, and other multidisciplinary teamsProvide patient education regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, recovery, and post-operative careMaintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with patient-safety and clinical governance standardsParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching, research, and CME activitiesRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery / Plastic & Reconstructive SurgeryBoard certification or equivalent recognized specialist qualificationMinimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in Plastic SurgeryStrong experience in reconstructive and/or aesthetic plastic surgeryExperience with a broad range of plastic surgical procedures and patient managementExcellent surgical, clinical, communication, and patient-management skillsEligible for DHA Specialist classification/license in DubaiBenefitsCompetitive salary and attractive benefits packageMedical insuranceAnnual paid leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and facility policyProfessional development and CME opportunitiesModern multidisciplinary healthcare environmentLicensing assistance available for eligible candidates
