Job Summary :Lead and direct privatization and investment‑attraction efforts through partnership development, empowerment of environmental centers, and the design and implementation of privatization initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring project readiness, the quality of offering documents, effective negotiation and contracting, and monitoring the performance of privatized assets to enhance private‑sector participation and maximize the environmental and economic impact achieved for the Fund.Responsibilities & Accountabilities :Support planning activities for environmental privatization projects by assisting in the development of the environmental‑sector privatization plan, identifying priorities, implementing activities, and defining related timelines and performance indicators.Support the completion of studies and documentation for privatization projects across all project stages (needs assessment, document preparation, tendering and awarding, and closures).Document all ✓activities related to privatization projects and archive supporting documents and records.Contribute to developing and organizing workshop and training content for environmental centers on implementing and managing privatization projects.Follow up and complete email‑related procedures for environmental privatization projects with the General Department of Economic Affairs.Prepare monthly and quarterly environmental privatization project reports in accordance with the reporting templates approved by the General Department of Economic Affairs.Support planning activities for environmental investment opportunities by assisting in developing the investment‑opportunity rollout plan for environmental centers, identifying priorities, implementing activities, and defining related timelines and performance indicators.Support the completion of business models and the development of terms‑of‑reference documents for environmental asset investment opportunities within environmental centers.Coordinate with government entities and external partners to gather required data and information.Support the preparation of analytical materials and meetings related to investment attraction and privatization.Monitor national requirements and relevant regulations and provide updates to management.Support coordination efforts between the Fund, national environmental centers, committees, and related working groups through data collection and progress tracking.Contribute to aligning joint initiatives and ensuring clarity of requirements.Monitor activity implementation to ensure consistency of efforts across centers.Job Requirements:-Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).-Years of experience : Minimum Fresh graduated.-Skills : Review and Implementation of Privatization Strategies,Monitoring the Performance of Privatized Assets and Measuring Impact, Data Analysis and Reporting, Opportunity Identification and Development, Economic and Financial Feasibility Analysis of Projects, Privatization Strategies.
