قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the Opportunity: The Specialist programs is a core member of the Program team and will carry out activities to support the Foundation's programs. The incumbent will perform tasks related to program management and implementation, outreach and stakeholders' management, liaising with the Foundation's partners, universities, schools, private sector and other government and non-government organizations.What you will do:Research and develop full understanding of the ecosystem in the UAE and Arab Region to propose potential partners and opportunities to support AGF’s strategic goalsAssist in program design and roll-out for scaling and lifelong learning piece. Engage corporates, higher education institutions, and other partners.Prepare reports that synthesize feedback and impact from engagements with external entities and present them to the rest of the team including the CEO.Under the supervision of the Head of Program, set and refine outreach strategy for recruitment of potential scholars.Design guidelines and set standards and processes for responding to applicant inquires, create and update FAQ document guidebooks and tips documents, short videos to support outreach efforts.Develop and refine framework for addressing partner requests. Present recommendations for partner requests to the Head of Program.Lead quality assurance processes with the support of the Grants Management teamOversee planning and implementation of outreach activities (e.g. companies, university and community visits, webinars, information sessions etc.) to promote the programPlan and implement partners 'onboarding in alignment with the Foundation's guidelines, requirements and processesKeep all members of the team up to date via relevant project reportingMaintain positive relationships with the partners to ensure they deliver on the agreed upon goals and program activitiesIn collaboration with the Head of Monitoring & Evaluation, support the data collection protocol for outcomes analysis and project evaluationWhat you will bring: 5 years of demonstrated excellence in youth-focused programs.Minimum 2 years' Experience working with INGOsMinimum of bachelor’s degree ideally within social studies, education, business administration/marketing, communications, or a related field from reputable institutionFluency in English must and Arabic preferred-both written and oral.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in working with students in capacity of career counselor, or any similar experienceExcellent organizational skills
