Retrieve Mind Poly Clinic builds upon an established background in specialist mental healthcare.Our services include:Adult and Child & Adolescent PsychiatryPsychological Assessments and PsychotherapyCognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)ADHD and Neurodevelopmental AssessmentsAnxiety, Depression and Mood Disorder ManagementCouples and Family TherapyCorporate Mental Health and Employee Assistance ServicesRetrieve Mind Poly Clinic is committed to high clinical standards, ethical practice, multidisciplinary collaboration, and continuity of patient care.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Specialist Psychiatrist to join our growing clinical team in Dubai.This is a full-time, on-site position suited to a psychiatrist who is confident in independent clinical practice, committed to evidence-based treatment, and interested in developing a long-term career within the UAE private healthcare sector.The successful candidate will be expected to take an active role in developing their clinical practice, maintaining strong therapeutic relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the clinic.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.Provide ongoing psychiatric care, including psychopharmacological management and appropriate psychological interventions.Manage a broad range of adult psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and related mental health conditions.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA regulations and professional standards.Collaborate with psychologists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.Establish and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships with patients.Contribute to clinical service development and the growth of the practice.Qualifications and RequirementsEssentialRecognised postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry.DHA Specialist Psychiatrist license or DHA Eligibility Letter.Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and psychopharmacological skills.Ability to manage patients independently and exercise sound clinical judgement.Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, patient-centred psychiatric practice.Willingness to work full-time on-site in Dubai.PreferredPrevious experience in private psychiatric practice, particularly within the UAE or wider GCC.Familiarity with the expectations and clinical requirements of the UAE private healthcare sector.Experience in adult ADHD assessment and management.Additional experience in psychotherapy or CBT.Arabic language proficiency would be an advantage.What We OfferAn opportunity to join an established and growing specialist mental healthcare clinic in Dubai Media City.A professional, supportive, multidisciplinary clinical environment.An existing clinic infrastructure, administrative support, and patient acquisition initiatives.Opportunities to develop clinical interests and build a sustainable private psychiatric practice.Competitive remuneration comprising a fixed salary and performance-linked incentives, depending on qualifications and experience.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn with an updated CV, details of their postgraduate psychiatric qualifications, DHA licensing status, and relevant clinical experience.Candidates with previous private-sector psychiatric experience in the UAE or GCC are particularly encouraged to apply.
