The successful candidate will diagnose and manage respiratory conditions, provide comprehensive pulmonary care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage acute and chronic respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and sleep-related breathing disordersEvaluate patients with complex pulmonary and respiratory conditionsPerform and interpret pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopy, and other relevant diagnostic procedures, where qualifiedDevelop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient responseManage respiratory emergencies and coordinate care with emergency and critical care teamsProvide follow-up care, patient education, and preventive respiratory health guidanceCollaborate with radiologists, thoracic surgeons, intensivists, and other specialistsMaintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocolsContribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practiceRequirementsQualificationsMedical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Pulmonology, Respiratory Medicine, or a relevant specialtyValid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain oneRelevant post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist levelStrong knowledge of pulmonary medicine and current respiratory treatment protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageProfessional and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for career development and continuing medical educationSupportive multidisciplinary clinical team
