Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist to join our Strategy Development Office (SDO). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, driving key projects, and delivering actionable insights that contribute to the successful execution of Qiddiya's vision and business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess performance metrics, and develop strategic recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of strategic plans, initiatives, and projects across the organizationConduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practicesPrepare detailed reports, presentations, and business cases to support decision-making by senior managementCollaborate with various departments to gather data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate project outcomesAssist in identifying risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation strategies to optimize business performanceFacilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and execution of strategic prioritiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiencyMaintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant industry developments and innovationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in strategy development, business analysis, or project managementBenefitsComprehensive benefits package
