This role focuses on safeguarding enterprise systems, ERP platforms, cloud applications, and critical business infrastructure through proactive cyber defense and risk management. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring security events, investigating incidents, performing vulnerability assessments, and coordinating remediation with development, infrastructure, and ERP teams. The role also involves creating and maintaining security documentation, supporting compliance initiatives, and contributing to secure design reviews for new applications and integrations. The Specialized Cyber Professional will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen security policies, provide awareness training, and ensure that IT solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability assessment, and security monitoring.Candidates should possess skills in network and infrastructure security, such as firewall management, endpoint protection, secure configuration, and access control.Candidates should possess skills related to application and ERP security, with experience securing SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems and integrating security into the software development lifecycle.Candidates should possess skills in compliance and risk management, including familiarity with common security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment methodologies.Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and collaborate across technical and business teams.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or SAP security certifications) are beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.Experience in IT consulting or in complex, multi-industry environments is an advantage.
