We are also pet friendly, offer free wifi and host events!Role Description Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and café menu items, following established recipes and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The role involves engaging with customers, answering questions about coffee and menu offerings, managing orders at the counter, and coordinating with the team for timely service. The barista will also assist with inventory checks, basic equipment care, and supporting small in-café events or activities as needed.QualificationsCandidates should possess barista skills, including experience with espresso machines and specialty coffee preparation.Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming guest experience.Candidates should possess effective communication skills for clear, respectful interactions with guests and team members (English a must, Hindi or Telugu a plus)Candidates should possess an understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
