What You'll Do

Craft Exceptional Coffee: Execute precise extractions on commercial espresso machines (like Victoria Arduino Eagle One) and master manual pour-over brewing methods.Guide Our Guests: Share your knowledge of single-origin beans, flavour notes, and extraction processes with first-time visitors and coffee enthusiasts alike.Maintain Bar Standards: Calibrate grinders, monitor recipe parameters (like TDS and extraction times), and maintain a spotless, high-standard coffee bar.Deliver Warm Hospitality: Create an inviting, cozy atmosphere that embodies the 1DM community spirit.What We're Looking For:Proven experience working as a Barista in specialty coffee cafes or roasteries.A deep genuine interest in coffee origins, processing methods (e.g., washed, natural, anaerobic), and manual brewing.Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining acute attention to detail.
