Specification Manager – Architectural Sales / Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Specification Manager – Architectural Sales with a strong background in marble, natural stone, tiles, or architectural surface materials.The role will focus on getting products specified into architectural and interior design projects, developing relationships with key design practices, and converting specifications into commercial opportunities.Key Requirements* Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in architectural/specification sales.* Existing network of architects, interior designers, consultants and design firms in the UAE.* Proven experience in product specification for residential, hospitality and commercial projects.* Background in marble, natural stone, tiles, surfaces or related architectural materials.* Ability to conduct product presentations, follow project pipelines and work with designers from specification through to project conversion.* Strong sales, relationship-building and business development skills.* Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.Key Focus: Build relationships with the UAE design community, drive product specifications, identify upcoming projects and convert specified opportunities into sales.Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Natural Stone | Marble | Tiles | Architectural Materials
