permanentconsultation space in Los Angeles to support our growing network of designers,architects and clients across the West Coast.The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly organised and personable Specifier & Consultation SpaceCoordinator to support our Business Developer and help run our new Los Angelesconsultation space.This is a varied role combining client support, specification assistance, showroommanagement and logistics.You will be an important part of the day-to-day operation of the LA space, ensuring it isalways beautifully presented, samples and product information are organised, clientorders are managed efficiently and visitors receive the exceptional level of serviceStudio Ore is known for.You will work closely with our LA Business Developer and the wider UK team,supporting the specification process and helping ensure projects move smoothly frominitial consultation through to order and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConsultation Space & Client ExperienceTake responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and presentation of the Los Angelesconsultation space.Ensure the space is always immaculate, welcoming and client ready.Welcome designers, architects and clients visiting the consultation space.Answer incoming calls and general enquiries professionally.Assist the Business Developer with client meetings and product presentations.Host occasional client appointments independently when the Business Developer isunavailable.Ensure samples, product displays and supporting materials are always fully prepared.Specification & Client SupportSupport the Business Developer with product specifications, samples and clientrequests.Develop a strong understanding of the Studio Ore product range, finishes and technicalrequirements.Prepare and organise samples and product information for client meetings.Assist with quotations, order information and project documentation where required.Maintain accurate records of samples, client requests and project information.Liaise with the UK team to obtain product information and support client requirements.Samples & Product LibraryManage the Studio Ore sample library and ensure it is organised, complete and up todate.Coordinate samples being sent to and returned from clients.Prepare sample packages for designers and architects.Track sample movements and maintain accurate records.Ensure the consultation space always has the products and finishes required forupcoming appointments.US Order & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate the receipt and dispatch of Studio Ore orders arriving from Italy.Manage weekly incoming shipments and ensure products are correctly received andrecorded.Organise onward dispatch of orders to clients across the US.Liaise with couriers and shipping providers.Ensure clients receive clear and timely communication regarding deliveries.Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries and outstanding items.Work closely with the UK team to resolve any delivery or logistics issues.Supporting the Business DeveloperProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the LA BusinessDeveloper.Help prepare for client meetings, presentations and showroom appointments.Follow up on samples, product information and project requirements.Assist in keeping client and project information organised.Support the wider US team as Studio Ore’s presence in the region develops.About YouWe are looking for someone who is highly organised, personable and genuinelyinterested in design.You will ideally have:Experience working within an interior design studio, luxury showroom, architecturalproducts, furniture, lighting, kitchen, bathroom or similar design-led environment.A genuine interest in interiors, architecture and premium products.Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.A polished and professional manner when dealing with designers, architects and clients.Strong communication skills and the confidence to host clients when required.A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.Strong computer and administrative skills.Experience managing samples, stock, orders or logistics would be advantageous.A background or qualification in interior design, architecture or a related field would beadvantageous, but we are equally interested in
