Speech and Swallowing Specialist – Home Care

We are seeking a qualified Speech and Swallowing Specialist to provide assessment and treatment for adult patients in their homes.Key Responsibilities* Assess and manage adult patients with speech, communication, voice, and swallowing difficulties.* Develop individualized care plans and provide therapy based on each patient’s needs.* Support patients and caregivers with practical strategies for communication and safe swallowing.* Monitor progress, document care, and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.* Follow home care, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Swallowing Therapy or an equivalent recognized qualification.* Valid SCFHS professional classification and registration in the relevant specialty, or eligibility to obtain them before starting clinical practice.* Experience with adult patients, particularly neurological conditions, is preferred.* Ability to provide care in patients’ homes and communicate effectively with patients and caregivers.To apply, please submit your CV through LinkedIn.
