Speech Language Pathologist

Speech & Language TherapistLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a qualified and passionate Speech & Language Therapist to join our team in our Riyadh branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing individualized speech and language therapy programs for children and individuals with communication and language difficulties.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs.Provide individual and group speech and language therapy sessions.Address speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and communication difficulties.Monitor clients' progress and modify treatment plans when required.Prepare accurate clinical reports and maintain updated patient records.Collaborate with psychologists, ABA therapists, occupational therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members.Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers and provide appropriate guidance and recommendations.Maintain professional and ethical standards in all clinical practices.Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.Ensure compliance with the center's clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.Valid professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.Experience working with children and individuals with developmental or communication disorders is highly preferred.Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent English language skills are required.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and high-quality clinical care.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Professional and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and clinical growth.Opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary clinical team.Career development opportunities within the organization.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIf you are passionate about supporting individuals in developing their communication and language skills and are looking for an opportunity to grow within a professional clinical environment, we would love to hear from you.
