Speech Language Pathologist

We are looking for a Speech and Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist to join our clinical team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and evidence-based speech and language therapy to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to support positive clinical outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and related difficulties.Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy and intervention plans.Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions based on patients’ clinical needs.Monitor, document, and evaluate patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, assessment reports, and treatment documentation.Provide appropriate guidance and recommendations to parents, caregivers, and families.Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.Participate in case discussions and contribute to coordinated patient care.Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with DHA requirements and clinical best practices.Stay updated on current evidence-based approaches, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related field.Valid DHA License/Eligibility as a Speech and Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist.Relevant clinical experience in speech and language assessment and therapy.Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.Experience working with pediatric patients and/or neurodevelopmental conditions is an advantage.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🩺 Position: Speech and Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist📋 License: Valid DHA License/Eligibility requiredIf you are a dedicated clinician looking to join a collaborative and patient-focused healthcare environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
