In this position, you will evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy to individuals with communication, language, and swallowing disorders. Key responsibilities include developing customized treatment plans, working directly with clients to improve their speech and language abilities, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families or caregivers to provide education and guidance.QualificationsProficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in treating Speech and Language DisordersSpecialized knowledge and experience in addressing Dysphagia and Communication DisordersStrong understanding of Language Disorders and their impact on overall communicationExcellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleaguesMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related fieldRelevant certification or license to practice as a Speech Language PathologistPrior experience in home healthcare or with diverse client populations is a plus
