The center is committed to supporting individuals and families by reducing frustration and promoting effective, confident communication.Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with speech, language, and communication disorders in a clinical setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one and small group therapy sessions. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed based on evidence-based practice. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals, offering education and guidance to support therapy goals at home and school. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.QualificationsDemonstrated competence in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention for a range of Communication Disorders.Ability to diagnose and treat Language Disorders across different age groups, with individualized, evidence-based treatment planning.Knowledge and clinical experience in managing Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties, including safe feeding strategies.Strong skills in supporting speech sound production and clarity of Speech to enhance overall intelligibility.Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.Relevant professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia, in line with local regulatory requirements.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with clients and families.Comfort working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive care.Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to clinical detail and ethical practice.Proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial; English language skills are an advantage for documentation and collaboration.
