Team members are encouraged to contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and learning-focused environment where professional growth and high-quality clinical care are equally valued.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Dubai, with responsibilities including both clinic-based and home-based therapy services.The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children and young people presenting with speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties.Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized and clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy sessions, and accurately documenting progress and outcomes.The Speech Language Pathologist will also be required to conduct home visits, providing individualized therapy within the child’s home environment where appropriate. Home-based services may include assessment, direct therapy, caregiver coaching, development of home programs, and supporting families to incorporate therapeutic strategies into everyday routines.The role involves working closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support the generalization and carryover of therapeutic skills across clinic, home, school, and community environments.The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contribute to clinical and service development initiatives, and engage in ongoing professional learning and development.Qualifications* Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Language Therapy or an equivalent recognized qualification.* Current professional registration or eligibility to register with the relevant regulatory authority in Dubai/UAE.* Strong clinical skills in speech therapy and management of speech-related difficulties.* Expertise in communication and language disorders, particularly within pediatric populations.* Clinical competency in assessing and treating dysphagia, feeding difficulties, and other swallowing disorders.* Experience working with children and adolescents in clinical, educational, or community settings, preferably within a multidisciplinary team.* Experience or willingness to provide home-based pediatric therapy and conduct home visits.* Strong assessment, clinical documentation, and case management skills, including the ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, caregivers, and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.* Ability to work independently during home visits while maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and professional conduct.* Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, safeguarding, and continuing professional development.* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.* A collaborative, child-centered approach and commitment to delivering high-quality pediatric therapy services.
